You have the right to exchange orders that have not yet been delivered. If your order is in the preparation stage, please contact us at (0212) 270 14 05 and we will try to assist you. Changes cannot be made to orders that are in the delivery stage.

Return

If your order is in the preparation stage, you can cancel it by calling us at (0212) 270 14 05. Cancellation is not possible if your product is in the delivery stage or has already been delivered.

For returns, we process refunds only for items returned to us complete and undamaged on the same day. Returns received after the same day, or those that are incomplete or damaged, will not be accepted.

The refund process begins once the returned product reaches us. If the returned product meets our return conditions, Sarı Frezya will process the refund to your credit card. The product price will be reflected as a positive balance on your credit card within 10 business days, depending on your bank. This process is entirely dependent on your bank; Sarı Frezya has no control over it.

Cancellation and Return Conditions for VIP Products

If the order is cancelled one day before the delivery date, the full amount will be refunded. If the order is cancelled on the day of delivery, 50% of the order amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Order cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing, and cancellation is not valid if the order preparation process has already begun. Customers who accept these conditions are deemed to have also approved the stated refund and cancellation policy at the time of placing their order.
